Head of IS Programs & Processes

The Head of IS Programs & Processes leads the Project cluster within the Naturacare Group IT organization.

The role owns end-to-end delivery of multi-year IS transformation programs (ERP multi-wave, EDI, NIS2 process tracks), governs the group IS project portfolio, and leads two Functional Domain Leads who serve as Business Process Analysis (BPA) owners for their ERP domains.

The Head is the BPA owner for the ERP core model itself, arbitrating cross-domain design decisions and protecting architectural consistency through go-live. This is the CIO’s principal relay for all IS project governance.

The position can be filled at Deputy CIO level, in which case it additionally absorbs management of outsourced project contracts and formal CIO delegation for IS governance decisions

Head of IS Programs & Processes

Les missions du poste

1. IS Transformation Program Leadership

  • Own end-to-end delivery of the group’s IS transformation programs: ERP (5 sites, 5 waves), EDI integration, and NIS2 process tracks
  • Drive program governance: milestone planning, risk identification and mitigation, budget control against approved envelopes
  • Coordinate external integrators and specialized contractors across parallel tracks; hold them accountable against SoW
  • Prepare and animate steerco sessions; produce clear, concise reporting to the CIO and executive committee
  • Lead RFP processes, contract negotiation, and ongoing integrator performance management

2. Portfolio Governance and Intake

  • Run a WIP-capped IS project portfolio (3-4 active projects maximum); enforce sequencing discipline at the bi-weekly portfolio review (CIO + cluster leads)
  • Qualify and scope all incoming project demand: translate business requests into structured framing notes, effort estimates, and prioritized intake decisions
  • Maintain portfolio alignment with the IS roadmap and group constraints (LBO cash discipline, NIS2 delivery by end-2027)
  • Challenge scope creep and inform business stakeholders on prioritization rationale with transparency

3. ERP Core Model and BPA Ownership

  • Act as Business Process Analysis (BPA) owner for the ERP core model: arbitrate cross-domain design choices, ensure architectural consistency across all five functional domains
  • Facilitate cross-domain workshops with Domain Leads and business teams; resolve design conflicts before they reach the integrator
  • Ensure the integrator’s build remains anchored to internal design decisions; own the structured handoff from integrator to in-house teams at each go-live wave
  • Review and sign off functional specifications, integration design, and change requests produced by Domain Leads or the integrator

4. Team Management and Domain Lead Coaching

  • Lead and develop 2 Functional Domain Leads (Commercial & Supply Chain and Production & Planning)
  • Set clear priorities, distribute workload across domains, and remove blockers; enforce WIP discipline at team level
  • Coach Domain Leads on BPA methodology, ERP domain expertise, stakeholder management, and structured documentation
  • Drive the hiring and onboarding of both Domain Leads (target: H2 2026)

5. Deputy CIO Scope (if position filled at that level)

  • Act as formal CIO delegate for day-to-day IS governance decisions and vendor engagements in the CIO’s absence
  • Oversee management of outsourced-project contracts: scope control, billing validation, contractor performance
  • Represent the IT function at business unit steering committees and executive sessions when delegated by the CIO
  • Contribute to IS strategy, IS roadmap updates, and budget preparation as a named co-author
