Domain Leads : “Commercial & Supply Chain” and “Production & Planning”

Context: Two Domain Leads, One Program

Naturacare is recruiting two Domain Leads for the ERP One transformation program. They are not IT application specialists: they are internal business consultants who own a domain of the ERP core model, shadow the integrator during the build, and hold that model from go-live onwards. Both positions report to the Head of IS Programs & Processes, work as peers, and share the same program framework, career path and ERP build rhythm.

The Finance domain (Record to Report) is outside the IT perimeter and is led by the CFO team directly. The two IT-owned domains are defined below.

General Job missions

You are the Business Process Analyst (BPA) for your domain across the Naturacare ERP. The profile we seek is that of an internal business consultant who has lived the cycle from the inside, rather than a certified ERP expert: the chosen ERP platform will be taught after vendor selection in July 2026. This is a cross-system role: the ERP is the central platform, but your domain extends to every system that touches your process perimeter. You shadow the ERP integrator during the build to absorb the core model, then own that model from go-live onwards. You translate business needs into system behaviour and protect the architecture against drift as the program transitions from build to run.

  • CSC: your business grounding is in Sales, Commercial, Customer Service, Procurement and Logistics
  • P&P: your business grounding is in Production Planning, Manufacturing or Industrial Operations; access to manufacturing areas with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and clean-area compliance training is required from day one

Domain Leads : “Commercial & Supply Chain” and “Production & Planning”

Position's missions

1. Business Immersion and Domain Expertise

  • Complete a 3-month immersion in the relevant business functions before any ERP-tool training, to build first-hand knowledge of Naturacare’s operations in your domain
    • CSC: Sales, Commercial, Customer Service, Procurement and Warehouse/Logistics functions
    • P&P: Production Planning, Manufacturing and Quality functions across the 5 plants
  • Become the reference IT contact for your business community across the 5 plants
  • Maintain a current view of how each plant runs processes in your domain today and where local practice diverges from the target core model
  • Surface business pain points the ERP must solve, distinct from those it must not

2. Core ERP Model Ownership and BPA Function

  • Own the as-built process design, master data conventions, configuration choices and exception rules for your domain
  • Validate every integrator configuration decision against the agreed core model; arbitrate trade-offs between plant-level requests and the unified target
  • Maintain your section of the core model documentation as a living reference, not a project-end artefact
  • Lead post-go-live continuous improvement on your scope; arbitrate enhancement requests against the architecture
  • Act as guardian of your domain’s business rules across all systems in the perimeter; flag any deviation or regression after an upgrade or configuration change

3. Integrator Shadowing and Knowledge Transfer

  • Sit alongside the integrator’s consultants for your domain throughout build, test and deployment; pair on workshops, configuration sessions and dry runs
  • Capture know-how systematically so that Naturacare can operate your scope autonomously the day the integrator leaves
  • Lead the integrator-to-internal handover for your domain; sign off readiness to operate

4. Cross-Domain Coordination and Change Management

  • Coordinate with your peer Domain Lead on the shared boundary flows:
    • CSC coordinating with P&P: customer demand signal to production schedule; finished goods availability for shipment; subcontracted goods receipt
    • P&P coordinating with CSC: subcontract purchase order creation and tracking; planned production output feeding warehouse and delivery
  • Liaise with the Data Engineer (Digital Platforms cluster) on data flowing to and from the ERP in your scope
  • P&P additionally: MES integration, planning inputs and production reporting
  • Co-design change management with the Head of IS Programs & Processes: training plans, run-book, key-user network for your community

5. Software Vendor Relationship and System Roadmap

  • Be the main IT contact for software vendors in your perimeter for all domain-related matters
  • P&P additionally: MES and LIMS adjacent vendors
  • Participate in vendor upgrade campaigns: assess the domain impact, coordinate testing with key users, validate deployment readiness
  • Monitor roadmaps of systems in your perimeter; surface upcoming features or deprecations relevant to the domain

The profile sought

Education

  • Desired (CSC): Bachelor or Master in Business Administration, Commerce, Supply Chain Management or Industrial Management
  • Desired (P&P): Master in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management or Operations Management

Experience

You have lived your domain’s cycle as a business user, an internal consultant, or a functional consultant at a vendor or integrator. Deep process knowledge is what counts; ERP tool training will be provided on the selected platform after vendor selection.

  • 5 to 15 years total, with substantial time spent inside a business function rather than exclusively in IT
  • Multi-site or multi-country exposure preferred; CDMO, contract manufacturing, food, pharma or regulated B2B industry is a plus
  • CSC: strong O2C and/or supply chain background (sales rep, customer project manager, buyer, logistics coordinator or equivalent); APICS CSCP a plus, not required
  • P&P: strong manufacturing or operations background (production planner, shop floor lead, industrial business analyst or equivalent); APICS CPIM preferred (CSCP also accepted)

Technical skills

  • Process mapping (BPMN, swim-lanes, VSM or equivalent)
  • Comfortable with ERP architecture concepts: master data, configuration vs customization, integration patterns; deep expertise in one specific ERP is not required
  • Power BI or equivalent reporting tool literacy
  • Read-and-comment level on SQL or APIs: a plus, not required
  • Comfortable using AI-assisted tools for process documentation, requirement drafting and knowledge capture; AI tools are part of the Naturacare IS standard toolbox and will be used daily in this role
  • P&P additionally: familiarity with adjacent industrial systems (MES, WMS, LIMS, planning and forecasting tools)

Soft skills

  • Genuine curiosity for the Naturacare CDMO business and its industrial realities
  • Structured communication: able to translate fluently between business and IT vocabulary
  • Diplomacy and arbitration: able to say no to plant-specific requests that endanger the core model
  • Comfortable being the contradictor in workshops with senior integrator consultants
  • Autonomy and ownership; willing to travel frequently during the ERP build years

Languages

  • French: fluent (working language)
  • English: very good (working language with Group leadership and integrator)
  • Italian, Spanish, German, Dutch: a plus

Additional informations

Special Conditions / Job Constraints

  • Based at NFR Montaigu; frequent travel to the 4 other plants (NBE Brussels, NIT Modena, NIT Milano, NNL) during the ERP build (Q4 2026 to 2028); travel intensity declines after go-live
  • 3-month business-line immersion at start: embedded in the relevant business functions before any IT or ERP-tool training begins
  • ERP vendor training delivered and fully covered after the July 2026 vendor decision
  • P&P: access to manufacturing areas requires GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and clean-area compliance training from the start of the immersion period

What Naturacare Offers

  • A greenfield ERP transformation across 5 European plants: you are at the table for the foundational decisions, not maintaining a legacy
  • Group-level scope: you own your domain across all 5 plants, not a plant-level seat
  • Stable permanent seat post-go-live; the architecture you build is what Naturacare runs for the next decade
  • ERP vendor training fully covered after the July 2026 decision
  • Cross-domain exposure inside a focused Project cluster, working directly with the CIO
  • CDMO industrial culture: real products, real plants, real customers
