AFC Officer Controller (M/W)

Sochim International Srl, a company specialized in the contract production of food supplements, is looking for an AFC Officer Controller to be included in the Finance department, in close contact with the Italian CFO, at the headquarters in Cornaredo (MI).

The hired resource will be responsible for the following activities:

• Support financial/industrial management control activities
• Support the processing of monthly periodic closings, managing adjustment entries
• Overseeing intercompany flows
• Prepare the management reporting package for management and the Group
• Contribute to the preparation of Budgets and Forecasts
• Carry out financial statement analysis and monitor the main economic and financial variables in compliance with local GAAP, with particular attention to Capex Analysis, Margins, inventory valuation
• Provide ad hoc analysis to support management in decision-making processes
• Participate in the optimization of administrative processes on the ERP system

Candidate profile:

• Bachelor of Economics
• At least 3-5 years’ experience within industrial companies or auditing firms
• Knowledge of journal entry, accounts receivable, liabilities, general ledger
• Knowledge of OIC accounting standards
• Teamworking skills and relationships with interlocutors at different organizational levels
• Ability to work towards objectives and in compliance with deadlines
• Excellent Excel
• Knowledge of PowerPoint
• Knowledge of SAGE X3 appreciated
• Good/Excellent knowledge of written and spoken English
• Availability for short trips in Italy and abroad.
