Facility Manager (M/W)

The candidate will have full responsibility for the plant infrastructure, focusing on:

Plant Maintenance

• Management of ordinary and extraordinary maintenance of buildings and warehouses, technological systems (HVAC, utilities, fire prevention, electrical)
• Definition and monitoring of preventive maintenance plans
• Management of suppliers and maintenance contracts.

Projects and New Construction

• Coordination of development projects (e.g., new warehouses/expansion)
• Liaison with designers and consultants, contractors
• Supervision of specifications, estimates, and offers.

Technical Procurement

• Collection and analysis of supplier offers
• Technical and economic comparison
• Selection and negotiation

Work Supervision

• Internal construction site supervision
• Time, cost, and quality control
• Supplier coordination and work progress reports

The role does NOT include maintenance of production machinery, as it is managed by a dedicated team.

Required Technical Skills (PLUS)

Direct experience in managing plant systems

• Industrial boilers/thermal power plants
• Air handling units (AHU/HVAC)
• Refrigeration/chiller/chilled water units
• Utility distribution (air, water, steam)

Ideal candidate profile

• Experience in industrial settings (food, pharmaceutical, chemical, manufacturing)
• Technical background (mechanical, energy, or similar)
• Experience in managing technical suppliers, plant maintenance, and CAPEX projects

Preferred qualifications

• Experience in production environments with temperature/humidity control and air quality requirements.
• Experience on plant construction or expansion projects.
